What is the stock lens return policy & warranty policy?

You must contact Pivotal Group Support to get a return authorization (RA).

An RA is not a guarantee of credit. You must have the original invoice or statement and packaging to send any lenses back for credit. Only coated lenses are covered, and they are only covered for normal wear and tear; if SOMO believes the damage to be intentional, credit will not be issued.

Exchanges are at the discretion of SOMO and may not be approved, credit will be for equal or lesser value product, and may incur a service fee.

Any returns or exchanges of large orders may incur up to a 20% service fee.
