Any VCP's in-office finishing program (IOF program) is an “opted-in” option, and even those in “opt-out” states can typically be part of such a program. In most states you will even be required to purchase your single vision stock lenses from companies such as Nassau or the Plexus system, so you’re essentially ordering product directly from the insurance company or their parent or sister companies.
